Teacher - Room 9 (Years 7/ 8)

I have been teaching at Puketapu School for five years. My previous school was Arthur Miller School where I taught a Year 5 class. I have enjoyed working with both junior and senior students at Puketapu School and am currently teaching a composite Yr 7 & 8 class. I am passionate about Music and the Arts. I enjoy the diversity and challenges within my classroom.

Teacher - Part-time (Rm 8)

I have been teaching at Puketapu School since 2004. My previous school was Shannon School where I started my teaching career in 1999. I have just returned in 2008 after having a year on maternity leave with the birth of my daughter Maddison.
I am so happy to be back in the classroom! I missed the beautiful smiles and the friendliness of the students at Puketapu School.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking, running and shopping!

Teacher Room 7.(Yr 5/6)

I am very happy to be teaching at such a welcoming school as Puketapu. I have been teaching since the year 2000 and especially enjoy the independence and humour of the senior children. Everyday in the classroom is full of surprises - you never quite know what is going to come out of a 10 year olds mouth! I particularly enjoy seeing children being active, working together as a team and having fun with their learning.
